IT’S OUR FORTIETH
BIRTHDAY!!!
2011 marks 40 years that the Canine Obedience Club of Townsville Inc has provided obedience lessons to all breeds of dogs in Town sville and surrounding areas.
The Club is made up of volunteers who give their time time freely as instructios, committee members, and assist at obedience, agility, jumping, endurance, and tracking competitions. To read the complete story on our history click on the History tab to the left.
To mark this milestone the double trial scheduled for 20-21 May 2011 is the official event for the year with special Anniversary Bags being handed out to competitiors, helpers and judges on the second day of the trial. Thanks are gratefully extended to the following businesses for donating dog products, treats and cash for the occasion :-
$500 sponsored by Townsville City Council through a Micro Grant for cash prizes for Agility, Jumpers and Obedience on Saturday 21 May 2011.

Our patron, Cr Dale Last, will be attending and doing the honour orf opening the trial on Saturday at 1.45pm.
So come join us and help celebrate whether as a competitor, helper (we can never have enough!), or spectator, we'd love to see you there.
